Let's recap the most chaotic year
Biggest Lesson learned 2016.
Think outside the box. If there is something you want, you can get it. Maybe not with the first trial, but nothing is impossible.
The perfect example is my spontaneous will to study. I've got the offer two weeks prior to the programme kick-off and who would have thought that I have the energy and craziness to move to another country and kick-off things?
Best piece of advice I got.
Some days ago I stumbled up on an illustration that exactly captures the main advise I've been given by Robin. Balance. Between work and private life. Between studies and work. Between relaxation and tension. Between mental overload and physical exhaustion.
Best Conversation I had.
Usually happen with people who have a totally different background. Ideally people who don't have a clue of vintage and small enterprises, but still with a business background. But other than business related talks, I fall to get to know people. One of them was at 3 am after a crazy night out in Malmö. It included deep insights, which my counterpart revealed and vice versa. I love being in unexpected conversations that help me understand the person and really getting to know them.
Most memorable moment.
Taking group pictures at the events. I guess you can see why:
Person I've met.
Plenty. I fall for people with passion, so there is enough I've met the last year. Shout out to Isabel. You could almost call her in-house photographer, as she travels around with our VinoKilo Family to most of the events. She quickly became self-employed within her field of passion and now successfully travels to Florence and Buxtehude with us.
How was your year in terms of success stories, learnings and growth potential? I'm very much looking forward to 2017, - I'm so gonna rock it!
